Ingredients
- 3 lbs potatoes, washed and cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, avocado oil, or melted butter
- 2–4 tablespoons That's Real Good™ Seasoning Blend of choice
Additional Ingredients for Mashed Potatoes
- 4 tablespoons butter
- ½ cup milk
Instructions
Roasted Potatoes
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, avocado oil, or melted butter.
- Add 2–4 tablespoons of That's Real Good™ Seasoning Blend and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast for 35–40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and fork tender.
- Serve warm.
Mashed Potatoes
- Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 15–20 minutes, or until fork tender.
- Drain potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add butter, milk, and 2–4 tablespoons of That's Real Good™ Seasoning Blend.
- Mash until smooth and creamy.
- Serve warm.
