That's Real Good™ Roasted or Mashed Potatoes

A simple, family-friendly side dish that can be served roasted or mashed and customized with your favorite That's Real Good™ seasoning blend. One recipe, endless flavor possibilities.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs potatoes, washed and cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, avocado oil, or melted butter
  • 2–4 tablespoons That's Real Good™ Seasoning Blend of choice

Additional Ingredients for Mashed Potatoes

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup milk

Instructions

Roasted Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, avocado oil, or melted butter.
  3. Add 2–4 tablespoons of That's Real Good™ Seasoning Blend and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Spread potatoes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 35–40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and fork tender.
  6. Serve warm.

Mashed Potatoes

  1. Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook for 15–20 minutes, or until fork tender.
  3. Drain potatoes and return them to the pot.
  4. Add butter, milk, and 2–4 tablespoons of That's Real Good™ Seasoning Blend.
  5. Mash until smooth and creamy.
  6. Serve warm.
