Ingredients
- 10 boneless pork chops
- 6-8 tablespoons That's Real Good™ Dill-icious Seasoning, divided
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 16 oz chicken broth
- 16 oz sour cream
Instructions
- Season both sides of the pork chops with 3-4 tablespoons of Dill-icious Seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook pork chops for 6-7 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove pork chops and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet.
- Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly whisk in chicken broth until smooth.
- Stir in sour cream and the remaining 3 tablespoons of Dill-icious Seasoning.
- Simmer for 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return pork chops to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
- Simmer for an additional 3–5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm.
