Ingredients
- 4 (15 oz) cans sweet corn, drained
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 4 tablespoons butter

- ½ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add bell pepper and onion and cook for 4–5 minutes, or until softened.
- Stir in corn and Cajun Blackened Seasoning.
- Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm.
