Ingredients

  • 4 (15 oz) cans sweet corn, drained
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  5. Stir in heavy cream and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until heated through.
