That's Real Good™ Stuffed Mushrooms
Tender roasted mushroom caps filled with a creamy, cheesy stuffing and your favorite That's Real Good™ seasoning blend for an easy appetizer that's always a crowd favorite.
Ingredients
- 24 whole white mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened or plant based alternative
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or plant based alternative
- 2–4 tablespoons That's Real Good™ Seasoning Blend of choice
- ¼ cup finely chopped mushroom stems
- 2 tablespoons green onions, finely sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Remove stems from mushrooms and finely chop enough stems to make ¼ cup.
- Toss mushroom caps with olive oil or avocado oil.
- Place mushroom caps cap-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes to release excess moisture.
- Remove mushrooms from the oven and carefully drain any liquid from the pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, That's Real Good™ Seasoning Blend, chopped mushroom stems, and green onions if using.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
- Return mushrooms to the baking sheet.
- Bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until the filling is hot and lightly golden.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
