That's Real Good™ Salmon Patties

Golden salmon patties pan-fried until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Simply swap seasonings to create a new family favorite every time.

Ingredients

  • 3 (14.75 oz) cans pink salmon, drained
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 1½ cups crushed saltine crackers
  • 2 tablespoons That's Real Good™ Seasoning Blend of choice
  • ½ cup finely diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Remove any large bones or skin from the salmon if desired.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine salmon, eggs, crushed saltine crackers, seasoning blend, onion, and mayonnaise.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form mixture into 10–12 patties.
  5. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and heated through to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  7. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  8. Serve warm.
