That's Real Good™ Salmon Patties
Golden salmon patties pan-fried until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Simply swap seasonings to create a new family favorite every time.
Ingredients
- 3 (14.75 oz) cans pink salmon, drained
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1½ cups crushed saltine crackers
- 2 tablespoons That's Real Good™ Seasoning Blend of choice
- ½ cup finely diced onion
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Remove any large bones or skin from the salmon if desired.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine salmon, eggs, crushed saltine crackers, seasoning blend, onion, and mayonnaise.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into 10–12 patties.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and heated through to an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
- Serve warm.
