That's Real Good™ Loaded Potato Skins

Crispy potato skins loaded with cheese, savory toppings, and your favorite That's Real Good™ seasoning blend for an appetizer that's always worth coming back for.

Ingredients

  • 6 medium russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons That's Real Good™ Seasoning Blend of choice
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sour cream for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Scrub potatoes and pierce several times with a fork.
  3. Bake for 45–60 minutes, or until fork tender.
  4. Allow potatoes to cool slightly, then cut in half lengthwise.
  5. Scoop out most of the potato flesh, leaving about ¼ inch around the skin.
  6. Brush potato skins with oil and sprinkle with seasoning blend.
  7. Place cut-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  8. Flip potatoes over and fill with cheese and bacon.
  9. Bake an additional 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Top with green onions and serve with sour cream or That's Real Good™ Dip or Dressing.
