That's Real Good™ Crispy Seasoned Chickpeas

Crunchy roasted chickpeas seasoned with your favorite That's Real Good™ seasoning blend for a protein-packed snack that's perfect for lunch boxes, road trips, and everyday snacking.

Ingredients

  • 2 (15 oz) cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
  • 2–4 tablespoons That's Real Good™ Seasoning Blend of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Drain and rinse chickpeas.
  3. Spread chickpeas onto a clean kitchen towel and gently pat dry.
  4. Remove any loose skins if desired.
  5. Place chickpeas in a large mixing bowl.
  6. Add olive oil or avocado oil and toss until evenly coated.
  7. Add That's Real Good™ Seasoning Blend and toss again until well coated.
  8. Spread chickpeas in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 30–40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  10. Allow chickpeas to cool for 10 minutes before serving.

That's Real Good™ Tip

⭐ The drier the chickpeas are before baking, the crispier they will become. Take a few extra minutes to thoroughly pat them dry. Also Sprinkle more seasoning as soon as you pull them out of the oven before allowing them to cool for a stronger flavor.
