That's Real Good™ Creamy Dill Pork Chops

Tender pork chops smothered in a creamy dill sauce and seasoned with That's Real Good™ Dill-icious Seasoning for a comforting family meal packed with homemade flavor.

Ingredients

  • 10 boneless pork chops
  • 6-8 tablespoons That's Real Good™ Dill-icious Seasoning, divided
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 16 oz chicken broth
  • 16 oz sour cream

Instructions

  1. Season both sides of the pork chops with 3-4 tablespoons of Dill-icious Seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook pork chops for 6-7 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Remove pork chops and set aside.
  5. Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet.
  6. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  7. Slowly whisk in chicken broth until smooth.
  8. Stir in sour cream and the remaining 3 tablespoons of Dill-icious Seasoning.
  9. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  10. Return pork chops to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
  11. Simmer for an additional 3–5 minutes until heated through.
  12. Serve warm.
