Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 1 cup mayonnaise

- ¼ cup red or white onion, finely diced (optional)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in a large pot and pour in chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and is fork tender
- Remove chicken from broth and allow it to cool slightly.
- Shred chicken.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, seasoning blend, and onion if using.
- Mix until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
