That's Real Good™ Stuffed Mushrooms

Tender roasted mushroom caps filled with a creamy, cheesy stuffing and your favorite That's Real Good™ seasoning blend for an easy appetizer that's always a crowd favorite.

Ingredients

  • 24 whole white mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened or plant based alternative
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or plant based alternative
  • 2–4 tablespoons That's Real Good™ Seasoning Blend of choice
  • ¼ cup finely chopped mushroom stems
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, finely sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Remove stems from mushrooms and finely chop enough stems to make ¼ cup.
  3. Toss mushroom caps with olive oil or avocado oil.
  4. Place mushroom caps cap-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes to release excess moisture.
  6. Remove mushrooms from the oven and carefully drain any liquid from the pan.
  7. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, That's Real Good™ Seasoning Blend, chopped mushroom stems, and green onions if using.
  8. Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  9. Return mushrooms to the baking sheet.
  10. Bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until the filling is hot and lightly golden.
  11. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
