That's Real Good™ Loaded Potato Skins
Crispy potato skins loaded with cheese, savory toppings, and your favorite That's Real Good™ seasoning blend for an appetizer that's always worth coming back for.
Ingredients
- 6 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
- 2 tablespoons That's Real Good™ Seasoning Blend of choice
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sour cream for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Scrub potatoes and pierce several times with a fork.
- Bake for 45–60 minutes, or until fork tender.
- Allow potatoes to cool slightly, then cut in half lengthwise.
- Scoop out most of the potato flesh, leaving about ¼ inch around the skin.
- Brush potato skins with oil and sprinkle with seasoning blend.
- Place cut-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Flip potatoes over and fill with cheese and bacon.
- Bake an additional 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top with green onions and serve with sour cream or That's Real Good™ Dip or Dressing.
