Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 32 oz chicken broth
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a large pot and pour in chicken broth.

  3. Remove chicken from broth and allow it to cool slightly.
  4. Shred chicken.

  6. Mix until well combined.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
