That's Real Good™ Cheese Curds

Golden, crispy cheese curds seasoned with your favorite That's Real Good™ seasoning blend and fried until perfectly crunchy on the outside and melty on the inside.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz white cheddar cheese curds
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons That's Real Good™ Seasoning Blend of choice
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Place flour and seasoning blend in a shallow bowl and mix well.
  2. In a second bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  4. Coat each cheese curd in the seasoned flour mixture.
  5. Dip into the egg mixture.
  6. Roll in the panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  7. Place coated cheese curds on a baking sheet and freeze for 20–30 minutes.
  8. Heat oil to 350°F.
  9. Fry cheese curds in small batches for 1–2 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and serve immediately.
