That's Real Good™ Cheese Curds
Golden, crispy cheese curds seasoned with your favorite That's Real Good™ seasoning blend and fried until perfectly crunchy on the outside and melty on the inside.
Ingredients
- 16 oz white cheddar cheese curds
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons That's Real Good™ Seasoning Blend of choice
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Place flour and seasoning blend in a shallow bowl and mix well.
- In a second bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Coat each cheese curd in the seasoned flour mixture.
- Dip into the egg mixture.
- Roll in the panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Place coated cheese curds on a baking sheet and freeze for 20–30 minutes.
- Heat oil to 350°F.
- Fry cheese curds in small batches for 1–2 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and serve immediately.
