Ingredients
- 1 lb breakfast sausage or meat alternative
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- ½ cup milk or plant-based alternative

- 6 large flour tortillas
Instructions
To Make a Breakfast Casserole
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease if desired.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and seasoning blend.
- Stir in cooked sausage, hash browns, and cheese.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
To Make Breakfast Burritos
- Prepare the sausage mixture as directed above.
- Scramble eggs with milk and seasoning blend in a skillet until just set.
- Combine eggs, sausage, hash browns, and cheese.
- Warm Tortilla's in a skillet on Medium Heat. Flip to heat evenly.
- Divide mixture evenly among tortillas.
- Roll into burritos and serve immediately.
