Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage or meat alternative
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons That's Real Good™ Seasoning Blend of choice
  • ½ cup milk or plant-based alternative

For Breakfast Burritos (Optional)

  • 6 large flour tortillas

Instructions

To Make a Breakfast Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease if desired.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and seasoning blend.
  4. Stir in cooked sausage, hash browns, and cheese.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

To Make Breakfast Burritos

  1. Prepare the sausage mixture as directed above.
  2. Scramble eggs with milk and seasoning blend in a skillet until just set.
  3. Combine eggs, sausage, hash browns, and cheese.
  4. Warm Tortilla's in a skillet on Medium Heat. Flip to heat evenly.
  5. Divide mixture evenly among tortillas.
  6. Roll into burritos and serve immediately.
